I am sure it happened to someone you know. Someone comes to another person, and violently steals all of the cash they have in their pockets leaving the person without any money to even take a bus home. If there is no cash to mug, then there is no mugging. You can’t simply take 1s and 0s from someone’s bank account. Now, the only thing a mugger can mug is your handheld device, but that won’t generate much in the way of money. Also, there will be a paper trail which criminals do not like.
